Our gaskets are all made in Taiwan.
2.How do you package your products?
In general, our products are all in blank packaging.
We can also match specific packaging requirements, such as shrink packaging, zipper bag packaging, paste your label on the package, etc. An additional cost will be incurred.
3.What is the MOQ of your products?
According to different products, there will be different MOQ.
4.What is the gasket ordering process?
Ordering gaskets with MJ Gasket is as simple as 1. 2. 3.
Step 1. Provide your Inquiry to us and we will reply in 24 hours.
Step 2. Issuse Order and remitt 30% deposit.
Step 3. Customer confirm sample and 70% balance payment is remitted before mass production send out.

5.What is the custom gasket ordering process? How do you do price quotes?
The basic concept is as per gasket process ( Please check Q2)
Once you supply the info we need to evaluate the job we can email you quote.
Our quotation contain everything you need to plan your job, included delivery times. The more info you can supply, the faster we can quote.
Please be sure to include all applicable data such as; dimension (drawing if available), operating temperatures and pressures, application and environment, material, etc.
You can also provide sample to us for testing.
6.What is your payment term?
MJ offer telegraphic transfer(T/T) as payment method.
You can pre settle 100% payment, or 30% as deposit; 70% balance before shipping.
7.How long is the lead time?
For existing products:
l If the products you order are in stock, we can manage to ship out to you within 7 days.
l If the products you order are out of stock, the lead time is around 4-5 weeks.
For non-existing products or custom products:
Normally it takes 8-10 weeks, sometimes the lead time is longer than 10 weeks due to the supply of raw materials.

8.Do you have stock products?
For fast selling or popular products, we will keep a certain amount of stock for instant needs. Please check with our sales for related products.

9.Do you have distributors in other countries?
No, currently we do not have distributors outside Taiwan.
10.How do you ship from Taiwan?
Depends on the weight and the quantity of your shipment, we can ship by sea, air or courier.
